These Event Management Terms and Conditions regulate transactions between an event management provider and their client. These terms are suitable for businesses whose principal activity is to organise and plan parties, corporate events or other such occasions.

This template should be used when the supplier of the service is a business and the client is another business (procuring the services in the course of business).
