Many professional and trade services (for example building, decorating, and plumbing) are provided by individuals or small businesses, often on small-to-medium projects where speed and simplicity matter. Clear terms and conditions help both the tradesperson and the client understand how the work will proceed, what each party must do, and how and when payment is due.

Home vs Business: Which Version Do You Need?

Many of the templates are available in two versions:
