clients alike and in both cases should be covered by comprehensive terms
and conditions of business.
This document is compliant with the GDPR (General Data Protection
These Photographer Terms and Conditions have been updated with
comprehensive new standard (“boilerplate”) clauses ensuring a higher degree
of legal quality and certainty. Adjustments have also been made to bring
this document in line with a new counterpart contract template.
This document is designed for use by photographers providing their services
to businesses for use in commercial projects such as marketing materials,
publications and websites. Under these terms of business licences are
granted for individual projects undertaken by the customer with royalties
payable for each project (but not for repeated uses within the same
