The data protection provisions in this document have been reviewed and updated for Brexit. The data protection clause has been reduced to a simple cross-reference to a privacy notice or policy, making it more user-friendly.
This template has been written to cover a wide variety of venues suited to an equally wide variety of events and functions. Detailed provisions govern key factors such as the customer’s use of the venue, the use of associated equipment and personnel, health and safety, and the conduct and order of guests.
It is important to note that these terms and conditions are designed for use with private events and functions. Their terms are not suitable for business functions such as trade shows and conferences. Specific terms have been written to cater for such events.
