These Painting Terms and Conditions are designed for use by painters providing their services to business clients. The definition of a business client is broad and may range from the owner of business premises to a landlord seeking the services of a painter to work on their residential properties. These terms of business are designed primarily for inclusion in a document such as a quotation or for display on a website. They can also be used as a stand-alone document.
A "contract schedule" is also included which enables the terms contained within this document to be easily converted into a legally binding agreement.
