These Shopfitter Terms and Conditions (Business) are designed for use by shopfitters providing their services to any business clients who own or lease business premises.

A Shopfitter’s services might include various types of work, for example,  design, supply and/or installation of fixtures, fittings, flooring, ceilings, wiring, cabling, plumbing, piping, shopfronts, catering equipment, appliances, lighting, windows, heating, ventilation, aircon, air extraction systems, security systems.

These terms may be used for carrying out fit out or fabrication work at retail shops, hotels, restaurants, cafés, hairdressers, offices or other business premises.

This document includes a data protection clause which is up to date to take account of Brexit. It refers to a Privacy Policy. A range of Privacy Policy templates are available in UK GDPR and Data Protection.

Clauses in this template cover key factors including payment, the services themselves, insurance, liability and the obligations of the respective parties.
