Notice Letter of Second Disciplinary Misconduct Meeting
This Notice of Second Disciplinary Meeting should be sent on the continued misconduct of the employee.
This letter complies with the ACAS Code of Practice. It should be read in conjunction with the Disciplinary Policy and the Guidance Notes.
The letter refers to the previous warning and disciplinary meeting and the terms outlined therein in respect of expected improved conduct. It also confirms the employee's entitlement to be accompanied by a colleague or trade union representative.
The time, date and location of the meeting are stated and the employee is requested to confirm or otherwise agree an alternative date/time for their attendance.
The employee is to be given the opportunity to discuss/challenge/explain the allegation of continued misconduct.
