This Notice of Second Disciplinary Meeting is used where an employee’s misconduct continues after an earlier warning and disciplinary meeting.
It confirms the details of the further disciplinary hearing and gives the employee the opportunity to respond to the allegation of continued misconduct.

Use this letter where misconduct continues despite an earlier disciplinary outcome and the employer is moving to the next formal stage.
It refers back to the previous warning and the earlier meeting, including the improvement in conduct that was expected.
