Qualification Disputes
If a particular qualification such as training, a licence or a degree is a requirement for a job, the employer can ask for proof of those. If an employee fails to provide evidence of this qualification, a dispute between the employer and employee may arise.
The Qualification Dispute Sub-folder contains letter templates regarding confirmation of such a dispute, disciplinary hearings and other notifications. A Qualification Dispute matter should be documented to avoid allegations of disparity in the treatment of employees and minimising the risk of an action for unlawful discrimination, constructive dismissal or procedurally unfair dismissal.
