The letter should be used in conjunction with the Guidance Notes: Disciplinary Procedure and the Disciplinary Policy and Procedure.
This Second Disciplinary Meeting Letter refers to the previous disciplinary meeting and formal written warnings and states that the employer is considering dismissing or taking some other action short of dismissal as a consequence of the employee’s failure to improve their conduct or performance.
