Second Disciplinary Meeting Decision Letter
The Second Disciplinary Meeting Decision Letter is used where subsequent to
the second disciplinary meeting it has been decided that the employee has
failed to improve their conduct or performance and as such further
disciplinary action is to be taken.
The letter should be used in conjunction with the Disciplinary Policy and
Procedure and the Guidance Notes: Disciplinary Procedure.

employee of the outcome of the second disciplinary meeting.
