Misconduct Final Formal Warning Letter
This Final Warning would normally follow an earlier warning, the terms of which had been breached, and would only be issued after a full investigation and disciplinary interview. It states that the employee's employment is at risk due to misconduct and will be placed on the employee's personnel file.
The Final Warning should be used in conjunction with the Guidance Notes: Disciplinary Procedure and the Disciplinary Policy and Procedure.
The warning is to be disregarded for disciplinary purposes should the employee's conduct improve within a given period.
The employee's current position is defined and target(s) set for improvement.
The employee should be informed of the right to appeal and the number of days within which the appeal must be made.
