by a car rental business. Its terms are sufficiently broad to cater for
businesses supplying vehicles ranging from super-minis to super cars.

It is for use only where the customer of the car rental business acts as a
“consumer” in relation to the vehicle rental.
"Consumer” is defined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as an individual who
receives services for his/her personal use and for purposes wholly or

the customer of the rental business is not acting as a consumer (i.e. the
customer is renting wholly or mainly for business purposes), we have
