No Further Action Letter
This No Further Action Letter should be used by employers after a formal disciplinary meeting with the concerned employee in order to confirm that no misconduct or poor performance has been found and as such any record of disciplinary action will be removed from the employee’s record.
This letter should be read in conjunction with the Disciplinary Policy and Procedure and the Guidance Notes: Disciplinary Procedure.
