This Contract Variation Letter provides appropriate wording for deleting, amending, inserting and substituting words and clauses, and the renumbering of existing clauses to take account of these changes.
All other respects the original contract is confirmed to continue in full force and effect.
The Contract Variation letter should be provided in duplicate and signed by both parties.
