This Non-availability of Goods Letter is designed for use with supply of goods agreements in situations where certain goods supplied thereunder are no longer available and suitable substitutes cannot be sourced or produced.

Please note that this letter is designed for situations in which some goods cannot be supplied. If all goods supplied under a contract become available and no suitable substitutes are reasonably available then the parties will likely need to bring the contract to a close. Templates are available in this sub-folder for mutual cancellation and mutual release from contracts.
