This template is used to request confirmation of a prospective contract-holder’s employment directly from their employer. Verifying an applicant's employment and income helps landlord’s assess whether they are likely to meet their rental commitments before entering into an occupation contract. 

What Information Does The Letter Request

The template requests the employer to confirm key employment information, including:

• The contract-holder's current employment status
• Job title or position within the organisation 
• Confirmation of employment
• Salary information
• Any additional information the employer considers relevant
