Notice of Landlord Address Form RHW2
This Notice of Landlord Address (Form RHW2) is a prescribed form issued by the Welsh Government for use in residential lettings in Wales. It is used to notify a contract-holder of the address at which the landlord can receive formal notices and legal documents relating to the occupation contract.

When This Form Must Be Provided
Form RHW2 must be served on the contract-holder no later than 14 days after the occupation date.
Failure to provide this notice within the required timeframe may affect compliance with Welsh housing law.

- in hard copy; or
- by email
Where electronic communication is used, landlords should ensure appropriate consent has been obtained.
