There are restrictions relating to rent in advance and increased protections for tenants against discrimination. The form includes confirmation from the Landlord/Owner concerning any previous letting period and confirmation that the property is not being let during any restricted period of time where a statutory notice was served, as well as confirmation of any enforcement action or banning order affecting the proposed letting.
Agents should download the Guidance: Renters’ Rights Act for Residential Landlords.
