Third Party Consents to Letting Form
This Third Party Consents to Letting Form is designed to be used when a residential landlord is appointing a letting agent to market a property. The form confirms whether or not any third party consents are required, e.g. from a freeholder, mortgage company or insurer. If any such consent is required, the landlord must advise the agent whether the consent has been obtained or is awaited.
This template form should be completed and signed at the same time as the Agency Appointment Form. If the consent is still outstanding, the landlord will need to provide the agent with an updated version of the form once the consent has been obtained.
This document is in open format. Either enter the requisite details in the highlighted fields or adjust the wording to suit your purposes.
