The Agent should send two copies of the Form, along with two copies of the draft particulars to the Owner/Landlord. The Owner/Landlord will keep one set and return the other to the Agent with either approval or requested changes. The process should be repeated if further changes are required.

By using this form, which asks the Owner/Landlord to review and approve or amend the draft particulars, the Owner/Landlord is encouraged to ensure they have provided all necessary details. The Agent should keep the signed form on file.
