Timekeeping Policy

This Timekeeping Policy sets down the employer’s expectations in respect of employee attendance and timekeeping and explains the requirement for employees to follow the Company’s Timekeeping Policy. It also explains how timekeeping in the workplace will be monitored and the consequences of employees not following the Company’s Timekeeping Policy.

The Timekeeping Policy includes the following sections:

  • Introduction;
  • Standards of Timekeeping;
  • Lateness;
  • Monitoring attendance;
  • Informal action; and
  • Formal disciplinary action.
