Form TM02 is the form prescribed by Companies House to use to terminate the appointment of a company secretary. It should be used where a charity in the form of a charitable company limited by guarantee terminates the appointment of the secretary of the charity. (Note that a charitable company limited by guarantee has the option to appoint a secretary, but it is not a requirement.)
