This Flexible Working Appeal Decision is written to follow a meeting between an employer and employee to hear an appeal against the rejection of a request for flexible working. This letter should be sent to the employee within 14 days following the meeting.
The main body of the letter is split into two optional sections. The first is to be used when the appeal has been accepted and the employee’s original request has been granted. The second sets out reasons for rejection of the appeal.
