This Flexible Working Appeal letter is designed for use by an employee who has had their request for flexible working after adoption leave rejected by their employer.
When requesting an appeal of such a decision, the employee must provide details of the grounds for their appeal.
The employer must respond within 14 days of receiving this letter. A meeting must be arranged within that time to discuss the appeal with the employee.
