This Model Cancellation Form for Sale of Goods websites is designed to
provide customers with a simple way of cancelling their contract with you
and is referred to in our Website Terms of Sale.
The wording of this form is adapted from the Consumer Contracts
(Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. It is
particularly useful in situations where a consumer wishes to exercise their
right to change their mind within the so-called “cooling-off” period.
