Unlike the B2B law and jurisdiction clauses (short form and long form), jurisdiction (i.e., courts) vary according to the consumer’s place of residence. Instead of being limited to the courts of England and Wales, the jurisdiction may also be the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland, depending on the consumer’s residency.
