This Letter to Tenant of a building 11 metres & above that annual flat fire door check carried out is to provide confirmation to the tenant that the check has been completed and any issues have been identified and rectified. Regulations 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 requires the Landlord to use their best endeavours to inspect the front fire doors of individual flats at least once a year. This letter is not suitable for use with long leasehold properties where the particular flat fire door forms part of the property and is the responsibility of the leaseholder under the long lease terms.
