The Acknowledgement of Improved Performance, First Warning Letter is issued by the employer to the employee in respect of Improved Performance following a First Formal Warning or First Disciplinary Hearing confirming that the warning will be disregarded on the continuation of the Improved Performance.
Should the employee's Performance not improve a Notice of Second Disciplinary Hearing should be sent to the employee.
