Poor Performance And Capability Final Formal Warning
This Final Warning, following the Final Disciplinary Hearing, states that the employee's employment is at risk due to a poor performance record, and will be placed on the employee's personnel file.
The warning is to be disregarded for disciplinary purposes should the employee's conduct improve within a given period. The employee's current position is defined and target(s) set for improvement. The employee's performance should continue to be monitored.
Following a further reasonable time and fair evaluation of the performance, should the employee's performance continue to be poor, the employer should have duly carried out sufficient steps and considerations to decide whether or not to dismiss the employee.
The employee should be informed of the right to appeal and the number of days within which the appeal must be made.
