Basic/Statutory Minimum Employment Offer Letter
This Basic/Statutory Minimum Employment Offer Letter is created to accompany the Basic/Statutory Minimum Employment Contract. This Offer Letter details the offer of employment, job title, work place, remuneration and proposed start date. The employment offer is subject to satisfactory references.
The letter has been updated to include a paragraph which requires the individual to provide evidence of his/her legal right to work in the UK, and asks new joiners to bring in identity documents and their P45 when they start their employment.
The Basic/Statutory Minimum Employment Offer Letter asks the individual to advise the employer of any medical conditions, allergies, or disabilities that they have. This is so that the employer can consider any potential reasonable adjustments that it may be appropriate for the employer to make in line with provisions under the Equality Act 2010.
This letter is in open format. Either enter the requisite details in the highlighted fields or adjust the wording to suit your purposes.
