Term-time Employment Contract
This Term-time Employment Contract is designed for employers who wish to employ or retain staff to work during school term times. It can be particularly useful where an employer wants to retain valued employees seeking a different work–life balance.
Employers must provide workers and employees with a written statement of their main terms and conditions of employment (often known as a Standard Form Section One Statement).
This Employment Contract covers the requirements of a Standard Form Section One Statement and must be provided to the employee or worker by day one of employment.
This contract is designed for employees who work during term time only. Simply-Docs also offers a Term-time Working Policy.
For employees working part time or flexible hours, see the ‘Annualised Hours Employment Contract’, ‘Part time Employment Contract’ or ‘Flexi-Time Employment Contract’.
