This Office Worker / Administrator Employment Contract (Part-time) is designed for a wide variety of roles, particularly clerical, administrative and secretarial positions and other junior-level roles.
Employers must provide workers and employees with a written statement of their main terms and conditions of employment (often known as a Standard Form Section One Statement).

Part-time pay and working time

The Working Time Regulations 1998 provide that workers whose working day is six hours or longer must be granted a rest break of at least 20 minutes during the working day. This contract offers alternative clauses depending on whether or not the employee is entitled to a rest break.
