Clerical and Administrative Staff Flexi Time Employment Contract

This Clerical and Administrative Employment Contract (Flexible Working) is designed for use across a wide variety of roles, particularly clerical, administrative and secretarial positions and other junior-level roles. Alternative versions of this contract are available for full-time, job share and part-time working.

Employers must provide workers and employees with a written statement of their main terms and conditions of employment (often known as a Standard Form Section One Statement).

This Statutory Minimum Employment Contract covers the requirements of a Standard Form Section One Statement and must be provided to the employee or worker by day one of employment.
