Notice to CH Re: Withdrawal of Election to Keep PSC Register at CH

CO.PSC.29

A company must give notice to the registrar if, following a previous election to keep its PSC register at Companies House, it subsequently decides to withdraw this election and keep its PSC register itself.

This is a template notice of withdrawal that must be given to the registrar in order to comply with section 790ZD of the Companies Act 2006. The withdrawal takes effect when the notice is registered by the registrar. The company’s obligation to maintain its PSC register applies from then on.

The company must also place a note in its PSC register stating that the election under section 790X has been withdrawn, when the withdrawal took effect and indicating that information about PSCs when the election was in force is available from Companies House.
