Notice to Companies House Regarding Location of PSC Register
A company must give notice to the registrar of the place where its PSC register is kept available for inspection and of any change to that place.
This Notice to Companies House regarding Location of PSC Register is a template form of letter that can be sent to Companies House informing them of the location of a company’s PSC register in order to comply with section 790N of the Companies Act 2006.
Note that no such notice is required if the register has, at all times since it came into existence, been kept available for inspection at the company’s registered office.
