Right to Inspect PSC Register Letter
A company’s PSC register must be open to inspection by any person without charge. This Right to Inspect PSC Register Letter is the form of letter that a company can expect to receive if someone wishes to inspect (and copy) its register or this letter can be used by an individual or company wishing to access another company’s PSC register. There may be a charge for copying the register.
The request must contain certain prescribed particulars as set out in section 790O of the Companies Act 2006, which have been included in this template, namely the requesting person’s name and address and the purpose for which the information is to be used.
This letter assumes that the company itself is keeping its PSC register rather than it being held on the central register at Companies House.
