Notice to CH Regarding Changes to PSC Register at CH


A company must give notice to the registrar of any changes to its PSC register when an election is in place to hold its PSC register at Companies House.

This is a template form of letter that can be sent to Companies House informing them of these changes in order to comply with section 790ZA of the Companies Act 2006.

As of 26th June 2017, all information regarding changes to a company's PSC register must be reported to Companies House within 14 days of a PSC register being updated. It is an offence not to notify Companies House of any such changes.
