Notice to PSCs of Intention to Elect to Keep PSC Register at CH
From 30th June 2016, private companies may only elect to keep a number of their statutory registers on the central registry at Companies House rather than at their registered office. This includes a company’s PSC register.
Any company proposing to make this election must send a notice of intention to each “eligible person”, in effect its registrable PSCs and relevant legal entities, of its intention to make this election. This notice must be given at least 14 days before the day on which the election is made. Only if the company receives no objections, can it go ahead with making this election.
This letter is in open format. The requisite details should be inserted into the highlighted fields or the wording can be adjusted to suit your purposes. Wording in square brackets is optional. If it is required, then the brackets should be deleted and the wording within them retained. If the wording is not required, then it can be deleted.
