Terms and Conditions for IT Services
This document has been updated for Brexit. References to data protection legislation have been updated with reference to the UK GDPR.
These Terms and Conditions for IT Services regulate the relationship between the provider of IT Services and their customers. The services to which these terms and conditions apply are broadly those relating to the installation, maintenance or repair of computer hardware and/or software installations. This document is not suitable for provision of services to a consumer, i.e. an individual who receives services for his/her personal use and for purposes wholly or mainly outside his/her or another’s business.
Included in these terms and conditions are an Equipment Schedule and a Specification of Services Schedule. In these schedules you can set out the specific details of the service to be provided and the relevant equipment belonging to the client.
This template is best used for one-off transactions. For documents better suited to long term IT service provision please see, as examples, our Service Level Agreement (IT Services) and IT Service Agreement templates.
