The Government has extended the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Job Retention Scheme
until 30 September 2021. The Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme Furlough Leave Agreement (
available here )
and the Flexible Furlough Agreement Letter (
templates have been updated and are now available to use for the new
extended Coronavirus Job Retention (Furlough) Scheme announced by the
Chancellor on 3rd March 2021.
These documents are designed to help employers manage the variety of
employment issues that have emerged during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme section below includes Guidance Notes
on what employers need to do in order to qualify for the scheme and
information on furlough and redundancy. Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme
Furlough Leave Letters for employees and directors are also available.
Many employees will now be working from home. To assist employers in
providing the best homeworking practices a Homeworking Policy for
employees, a Data Protection Policy for Homeworking and a Homeworking
Policy for Volunteers (Charities) are available.
Employers remain responsible for the Health and Safety of their employees
whilst they are working from home. H&S Guidance Notes On Working From

Form and a Homeworking H&S Policy are also available.
