Managing Employment During the Coronavirus Pandemic
The Coronavirus (COVID-19) Job Retention Scheme ended on 30 September 2021.
Many employees are starting to return to the workplace and Simply-Docs has created a series of documents to support employers with this.
Given that remote working has worked well for many employers, there is increased interest in more flexible ways of working. The Hybrid Working Policy has been designed to help employers set down parameters for a working pattern which allows employees effectively to divide their time between working in the workplace and working remotely.
In respect of employees who will continue to work from home, Simply-Docs has devised policies to help employers in providing the best homeworking practices, these include: a Homeworking Policy for employees, a Data Protection Policy for Homeworking and a Homeworking Policy for Volunteers (Charities).
Employers remain responsible for the Health and Safety of their employees whilst they are working from home. H&S Guidance Notes On Working From Home During the Covid-19 Pandemic, a Covid-19 Homeworking Risk Assessment Form and a Homeworking H&S Policy are also available.
As the information and documents in this group are subject to changes, please regularly check the updated documents section on Your Account page to ensure that you are using the latest versions of the documents.
