In this Letter the licensor gives notice to the licensee that the licence will come to an end. The licensor must ensure that the notice period given is consistent with the notice period specified in the licence. The Letter requires the licensee to give up possession of the premises immediately and reminds the licensee of its other end of term obligations under the licence.
