Guidance on Dilapidations
This Guidance on Dilapidations gives a short summary of the law of dilapidations and the procedure for making a claim against the tenant. It makes reference to the Dilapidations Protocol which sets out how dilapidations claims should be handled in the early stages, i.e. before the matter goes to court.
