Catering Staff Employment Contract (Part-time)

This Catering Staff Employment Contract (Part-time) is designed for catering, bar or restaurant staff, and for roles where an in-built no smoking clause is required.

This Statutory Minimum Employment Contract covers the requirements of a Standard Form Section One Statement and must be provided to the employee or worker by day one of employment.
