Bar Staff Employment Contract
This Bar Staff Employment Contract can be used for temporary as well as permanent and fixed term positions. The contract contains specific clauses tailored to be appropriate for bar workers such as: smoking at work, using a mobile phone behind the bar, applicable dress code, security and stock control, the employer’s rights of search and restrictions on the employee’s ability to take on other paid work.
