Paternity Leave Policy (Birth)
This Paternity Leave Policy (Birth) sets out the rights of an employee to take Paternity Leave in respect of the birth of a child and the applicable procedures that must be followed. There is a separate policy in respect of Paternity Leave for adoptive parents.
This policy references the employee’s right to Shared Parental Leave and refers the employee to the separate Shared Parental Leave Policy.
