This Flexible Working Request is designed for use by fathers who, following their Paternity Leave wish to make use of their rights to apply for a more flexible working pattern.
This Flexible Working Request refers to the rights of parents or guardians of children under the age of 17, or those who have responsibility for a disabled child under 18 who receives Disability Living Allowance, to request Flexible Working Arrangements and provides blank spaces for them to include their preferred working hours and explain how the new working hours will affect the employer’s office.
