Confirmation of Qualification Dispute

This Confirmation of Qualification Dispute letter is used where an employer has raised concerns about an employee’s claimed qualifications and the employee has not provided documents to support those claims.

It records earlier discussions about the missing evidence and asks the employee to produce the relevant documentation or provide a reasonable explanation for not doing so.

When to use a qualification dispute letter

This letter is suitable where questions have arisen about qualifications referred to during the job application or interview process, and the employer needs written confirmation of its position before taking further action.

What the letter says

The letter confirms that, if the employee does not provide the documents requested or give a satisfactory explanation, the matter may be dealt with under the company’s disciplinary procedure and policy.
