Call Off Order Form (Goods)
This Call Off Order (Goods) template is designed to be used with the
General Supply of Goods Framework Agreement template in this subfolder.
That template General Supply of Goods Framework Agreement prescribes:
· both the core terms and the supplementary terms that are to apply where a
purchaser decides to purchase any goods from the supplier at any time after
the framework agreement has been signed by them.
· the Ordering Procedure to be followed by the purchaser and supplier when
the purchaser decides to place an order from time to time
· the standard form of Order to be used by the purchaser for that purpose.
The standard form of Order has to be attached as an Annex to the Ordering
Procedure in Schedule 1 of the General Supply of Goods Framework Agreement.
This Call Off Order (Goods) template is designed to be suitable for use as
a standard form of Order that can be used for this purpose. This template
is compliant with the Ordering Procedure set out in the General Supply of
Goods Framework Agreement template.

as necessary to meet your needs.
