When requesting an appeal of such a decision, the employee must provide
details of the grounds for their appeal.
The employer must respond within 14 days of receiving this letter. A
meeting must be arranged within that time to discuss the appeal with the
employee. Following the meeting, the employee must be notified, in writing,
