Flexible Working Appeal Letter
This Flexible Working Appeal Letter is designed for use by an employee who has had their request for flexible working rejected by their employer.
It follows on from the employer’s Flexible Working Rejection Letter.
When requesting an appeal of such a decision, the employee must provide details of the grounds for their appeal.
The employer must respond within 14 days of receiving this letter. A meeting must be arranged within that time to discuss the appeal with the employee. Following the meeting, the employee must be notified, in writing, of the outcome using the Flexible Working Appeal Decision Letter.
