Shareholder resolutions to be put forward

At the board meeting, the directors will resolve to call a general meeting at which the following shareholder resolutions will be put to a vote:

  • An ordinary resolution to remove the provision relating to authorised share capital; or
  • A special resolution to adopt new articles entirely.
